Was a great company when it was Cummins. Crane took over and ruined it.

Cons

All management thinks about is money. Forget about the customer and employees. Glad I was laid off. Too many changes for the worse.

Everything! Overworked and underpaid are the most obvious. Management truly is awful. You are honestly better off being unemployed. Horrible company!
