Pros

Very competitive pay for the Queretaro Area. Christmas bonus, EBITDA based bonus, IMSS Social Security, Saving Fund (50-50 employee-employer). Work is not stressful. Management follows Agile methodology (Scrum). There are very well defined development cycles which is rare in the software industry.

Cons

Company is struggling to reach sales figure, which impacts in EDITDA based bonus, but it is slowly improving.

Pros

Need to still be determined. Most of the people will continue to operate with the same philosophy. It is actually scary that Crane Management is communicating to the previous MEI associates that they are customer focused. If MEI is allowed to keep their customer focus as well as ability make decisions, then this company will be OK. If Crane imposes their culture on the MEI way, then this company will go down the in history like other companies that Crane has acquired.

Cons

Reduction in benefits immediately puts the MEI associates in a bad position. Does Crane not realize that MEI Payment and VMS business has kicked their behind for the last 5-8 years? Why go to a business model that actually doesn't work instead of one that was proven to be the market leader?
