      Very poor top management doing daily micro management instead of managing vision of future. Heavy reporting processes. Processes are more important than people. Very poor customer focus. Lack of innovations.

      I like the structure of how the information is presented and the topics covered. I think is very important to communicate to all associates not only what is going on with the business finance but also where are we in terms of NPD products the challenges and even communicate tough things such as the Tabletop failures…

      Cons

      I guess sometimes we need more context of certain topics or products that are being presented to better understand the challenges or achievements… this might be a limitation due to timing but I think sometimes is needed
