      Some Great People and KPI management

      Pros

      Some great helpful and hard working individuals. The team moral was pretty good and made going to work enjoyable. Pay was good and the onsite canteen is really useful. Half Day Friday are a great bonus to have. KPI tracking , great focus on root cause rather than assumptions.

      Cons

      Morning Meetings had a blame culture and could appear to target specific individuals. Openly embarrassing individuals' who underperformed rather than speaking to them privately. Some long serving members of staff who do not like change. Lack of Trust for remote/hybrid working.

      Pros

      * Very forward thinking company * Friendly and genuine people * Great opportunities; training, learning from specialists, international travel * Good pay and benefits * Fantastic team * Fun- lots of events * Onsite parking *Subsidised canteen, serving great food

      Cons

      Like any business there are areas of improvement, but they come from a good place. CPI are a growing company which creates lots of opportunities . So, if (like myself) you're motivated to make a difference there's great stuff to go at and the SLT are open to suggestions and good at giving autonomy.

      Sudden layoffs when economy goes down or the management team changes. Or when one company buys another.
