You are expected to know everything about your role immediately and you will be given poorly written instructions to follow for a process that has changed since JI were written. Leadership is new and inexperienced (making knee jerk statements and blaming others for failures), most make assumptions due to their lack of knowledge and training of the system and process, supervisors expect teams to run themselves and blame others for team failures.
