A good problem - growing too fast

Pros

Company is growing very fast. Try to maintain high employee morale. Opportunities abound, if you're in "the club" - all white male

Cons

No work-life balance. Expected to work 12 hours a day, 7 days a week - not just during busy season, but all the time. Management has tunnel vision: they see only what they want to see and not any other priority. Operations is everything, who cares about IT, HR, Finance...?

Growing company with excellent potential. New headquarters building should be a great facility to work in.

Cons

Sometimes growing too fast. Right now the location is more warehouse than professional. Pay is low compared to similar companies. Try to put it off on future incentives as compensation.
