Lack of clear operating and financial guidance set by executive management. Company is being sold to customers as a class leading IT structure. In actuality, IT is years behind the competitIon. Operating system is slow to work with, including many manual work arounds. Lack of work and personal life. Most of which could be corrected with better IT and/or better management. Too many high level managers/executives hired from other companies, lack of desk level employees to complete work load. Management lacks direct involvement. Manages from 50,000 feet, rather than getting their hands dirty. No real company structure. Every facilty operates in a different manner.

Management is 99.9% old Ceva/EGL management. Very close minded to new ideas and process improvements. Management is not open to employers who are looking to bring change, establish culture and processes to the company. Persons wishing to excel should be prepared to follow management 110% no matter what. No training classes have been established for desk agents or managers. Overall lack of leadership and professionalism.
