Pros

Nothing positive other then some of the coworkers I was able to meet and work with.

Cons

Unfortunately this was one of the most unprofessional companies I have worked for. The support they provided during the first week of acquisition did more harm then good. Not a single one if them could provide straight answers or a cohesive training plan and we were left to figure it out on our own in the end. They began to strip away bonus pays to some employees and made other bonus goals nearly unachievable. We are left with minimum support and communication from corporate.

Pros

Team is cool, pay ok... Also if you like being told last minute that you will have to work a weekend or late to meet numbers, this is the place to be!

Cons

You can tell something is off financially. They are pushing way too hard to make sales. My sales every month well exceeds the average estimator but I'm still expected to push more.. If you hit your monthly sales goals, corporate will ask for more the following month, the goal line moves always. They continually add more work, steps and processes which over complicate what should be a straight forward job. Commission is good unless you have a bad month on customer surveys, then they take half of your commission. They have 2 pay plans that pays everyone the same, no matter the experience. An experienced writer will get paid the same amount as a new writer. I guess commission is supposed to compensate for this but If I can maintain 200k a month and another writer can only maintain $100k... why would we both be paid the same hourly rate? Again, there is commission after a certain amount in sales but that's commission. Overworked and underpaid. Especially when I see less experienced writers having time to joke around the office and I can barely take a lunch because I'm so busy all the time. I guess lunch breaks are a big thing now too. They want you to clock out even if you work through your lunch. It's a large MSO and you are just a number.. No Christmas bonus, holiday hours suck, I was asked to come in during a severe storm. This place does not care about anyone, they just want sales. It all started with the Service King merger. I used to love Crash before then. Thank God my team is cool and I enjoy working with them. But If it wasn't for them, I would rather work for Chuck E Cheese.
