      No accountability, inept upper management, poor quality repairs!

      There are no Pro’s! Not a good employer!

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch with daily operations! They micro manage their shops! They buy up family owned businesses by telling them they are going to take care of their employees and be able to offer them more than the original owner is able to. They are in bed with Geico and are only interested in taking care of them and your previous clients are no longer valuable.
