      There are zero pros to be had.

      Cons

      Company just cut pay by 10's of thousands for the employees in their most valuable position. Used to be commission, so you got paid based off of your effort. They have recently switched to hourly, with a promise of a "sales incentive" check. The check is only about half the amount they advertised, and after tax (paid as a bonus), is laughable. The CEO and company really showed their hand with this one. Title says it all, PROFIT OVER PEOPLE.
