Pros
I like my team, they actually do care except for the few that call out once a week. The product and displays are exquisite.
Cons
It's a very odd place. If you can sell a credit card you are way more valued than someone who can sell a $1000 espresso machine, and then maybe a $3000 sofa. But "did you get the card?" they will ask. . It does not compute that having a crate card means nothing when the customer already has platinum and gold cards that offer better rewards. It simply is not the be all end all in their wallet, at least in the Boston region. However, they are on the hook to present numbers on a daily basis so they ratchet up the pressure because it's all in the numbers.
