They only care about their bottom line

Sometimes you get good co-workers, they have benefits, 30% discount.

Cons

Underpaid, understaffed, talked down to and you're looked down on if you want to take time off. They also think mental health is a joke. There is also no HR rep for Canada which seem illegal. This company cares more about making money than their employees well-being. The problem started as soon as upper management from willaim sonoma was hired a couple years ago after they ran them into the ground. People don't make enough in full-time positions to be able to pay rent and eat which says a lot about the company.

Turnover can be high and leads to being short staffed. Must work on the weekends
