-Fun and creative work, I guess

Cons

-Constantly late payment -Very poor communication between management and towards employees. -Abysmally low salary -Disorganized -Employees treated as disposable. -Petty office politics, a lot of gossip, cliques, etc. -Tense environment: A lot of yelling, no respect for the work environment. -Very low flexibility for contractors, without any benefits. Basically all the negatives of being an independent contractor at a startup.

I can't think of any for a start-up company. It actually a really great place to learn and get your foot in the door for gaming.

Literally everything. The CEO doesn't understand others have lives and need to have time for basic human functions like eating and sleeping.
