Talented and supportive co-workers. They make the day-to-day experience bearable and bring a lot of creativity and energy to the projects.

Cons

1. Low Pay: The pay is below industry standards, and management openly justifies it by claiming that the "industry is at a low point." They also make it clear that if you're not willing to stay, they’ll easily find someone else to replace you. 2. Time Off Disregarded: Sick leave and PTO are often interfered with, and employees are expected to be on call. 3. Regular threats of losing your jobs. 4. Manipulative behaviors from management lead to a toxic culture.

Pros

Full kitchen when in office, bathrooms on site, fun coworkers, decent perks like lunch sometimes, dinner if you work overtime. I loved all the friends I made here, and had a really great time coming into the office every day. I really liked working with the different customers, teams in other countries, and learning how to communicate over different apps and chat services.

Cons

Some positions are overworked, management is constantly adding additional aspects to a job without compensating, fear of CEO lashing out and firing at random. A large part of the staff was laid off in August, with the note that the jobs were moved overseas to save costs.

Very immature management Weird office hierarchy Lack of direction Communication is not transparent at all Was promised hybrid on my offer and the company changed the position to fully on-site just right before my start date.
