Fast growing company - fun and innovative
Pros
It's a very collaborative work environment and people are very supportive. They give you freedom to develop your own ideas and projects with guidance on who to work with. New executive team implemented has given company some structure.
Cons
It's VERY hard work some times with tight deadlines and sometimes no guidance from executive team. The company is growing is growing real fast so it is hard to keep up with it. However I consider myself a self starter so I don't mind so much. Executive team provides structure but some of the newer execs don't know what they're doing. If I could advise people interested in working here, I would say don't take the term "self starter" lightly. If you are truly a self starter and know what it means to work hard, you will enjoy working here. If you're just looking for a paycheck, probably not the place for you. Just my opinion though.
