      The Most Down to earth company in the music industry EVER.

      Pros

      I started in LA not knowing how to start in the music business. CMG gave me the perfect "work /creative" environment that I was looking for.

      Cons

      passed the building a few times before finding it... I guess now with the HUGE "CREATE MUSIC GROUP" sign they just put up no one will miss it again.

      - Manager was really attentive to my questions and needs when I first joined the company - Really open environment and seems like a lot of room to grow (as I've been told from other colleagues and have seen - Lots of open-minded and hungry people around me - Dog friendly! - Doing great work for artist's rights

      Cons

      - I would like to have more flexibility with remote working at times
