The truth : Low Pay; not very experienced Human Resources ; not a great Culture to be apart of.

Pros

Pizza every friday. Snack bin of endless snacks. Coffee on tap. Meet some cool artists every once in a while.

Cons

The pay is extremely low. No desk space, just a bunch of long tables. Everyone who works there, was once an intern and was hired on if they liked you and you fit into the culture. The qualifications to work there are very low hence it shows. HR handles most problems by making them watch a youtube video regarding behavior in the workplace (5 min video to be exact) as a learning/punishment. Young environment where the bosses are not actively involved. Not enough parking for everyone.

Cons

- the coffee - work hours are kind of all over the place but that's the industry of music
