The pay is extremely low. No desk space, just a bunch of long tables. Everyone who works there, was once an intern and was hired on if they liked you and you fit into the culture. The qualifications to work there are very low hence it shows. HR handles most problems by making them watch a youtube video regarding behavior in the workplace (5 min video to be exact) as a learning/punishment. Young environment where the bosses are not actively involved. Not enough parking for everyone.

Favortism amongst Jon and Alex. If they don't like you, you won't advance at all in this company. Diversity and inclusion is a farce, if you are not white and/or a fratboy you have less of a chance of advancement but overall it is dominated by male staff members. Pretty much every review on this website for Create is carefully curated by current employees at the beheadst of the company. I've even done one a few years ago. The pay is absolute dirt, they don't value their employees or their work ethic. This job becomes your entire life, with no gratitude shown to the staff outside of company parties and free alcohol.
