Pros

Great company culture Crunching is highly discouraged Low leadership (team leads, game directors) are all amazing and will take their time to mentor and facilitate junior talent.

Cons

Projects with huge amount of legacy Salaries are not amazing

Pros

The best company i've worked on. A whole lot of very talented people, that genuinely care about their project. Very healthy work life balance (shipped a title without a single day of crunch). Very well crafted pipelines. Great people in (local) leadership

Cons

Salaries are a bit on the lower side. Whenever management notices an issue, they do have a tendency to jump the gun on a solution, rather taking the time looking for a better approaches.

Good place to work with some interesting projects and nice office culture

Cons

salaries are low and senior leadership have some very strange ideas about how to make a game. Hopefully they will have learnt their lesson after layoffs
