Pros

Takes generally good care of employees, historically good IPs.

Cons

Lost its way with its products. Too big and slow to react and do the right thing. Very hard to make certain things change in regards to its games. Too hard to talk about what matters most with its games. Too many layers of control and design by consensus. No real Design leadership. Where's the Captain?

Spectacular Company

Pros

It's arguably the best job i've had up to date. The team is outstanding, the onboarding process was great, I feel like my opinion is valued and the Team Lead is amazing. For the first time I feel like my direct superior has my best interests on their mind and actively works towards achieving them.

Cons

Upper management tends to take rushed decisions every now and then, but I feel like they are actively working towards fixing this problem.
