Pros

Despite difficult year (had two rounds of redundancies which are thankfully all over now), the company still shows that they care about people, and they are constantly trying to improve things. They do listen and things are turning around and looking much better. The line up for future games is incredible, and i’m confident they’ll be very successful. The people are wonderful, kind and hardworking - everyone wants our games to be the best they can be.

Cons

No denying it’s been a difficult year and the weight of that can still be felt, it will take time to build back trust and feeling stable.

Pros

Nothing that any other company does not have. Maybe the SEGA steam catalog for free is good,

Cons

- If you are an artist, stay away from this place, they don't care at all about improving in any department. - All the senior members and above are incompetent and just rised to their actual position from staying in that mediocre environment and structure, so they don't actually know what their role require and demands. - Old technology that will not help you to improve and learn actual pipelines and softwares that will get you a job in the future in another company. - Money badly spent in the meaningless stuff when the critical ones are left unattended, hence the complain on not raising already low salaries and any other thing they would promise. - Bad salaries and not based on your skill or level, so everything gets averaged down for the unskilled and lazy ones. - No one wants to look for improvement, and if you try your best on bringin a change, you will be look down bad and talked bad on your back. - A structured company that can't shift the boat when sinking, and they use the same structure to hide behind it and not take action. - Upper management is the worst, no one knows what to do, and they choose their middle management base on their own interest, so you can't get them to listen through middle managment. - They are trying to implement AI at all cost.

Pros

The best company i've worked on. A whole lot of very talented people, that genuinely care about their project. Very healthy work life balance (shipped a title without a single day of crunch). Very well crafted pipelines. Great people in (local) leadership

Cons

Salaries are a bit on the lower side. Whenever management notices an issue, they do have a tendency to jump the gun on a solution, rather taking the time looking for a better approaches.
