Pros

Free Sega games are nice to have.

Cons

The Senior Leadership Team are the most incompetent nepotistic group I've ever experienced. The fact they continue to operate this way also suggests the parent (Sega) have given up on this company. Truly disgusting Leadership team destroying the company whilst ensuring they are all looked after.

Pros

Work with lovely hard working smart people, great team work and atmosphere to work in. Free breakfast, snacks and drinks in the office. Open to hybrid/remote

Cons

It's been a very long battle for getting a pay rise every year. They seem to think because it's in Horsham they can pay people a lot less than other studios. They've tried to improve on this over the years but is always trailing behind
