Friendly staff Good office, but situated too far away from the city centre. Great colleagues

Cons

A bit disorganised in terms of processes and work practices. Very often, assignments arrive pre-graded by someone else, and their evaluations are unrealistic. A percentage of the senior staff are not very experienced in leading people (unfortunately, I have not seen a trend of improvement in this regard). Salaries are a bit lower. Bonuses are completely random.
