- Low chance of projects being canceled - Modern office space - Free breakfast food - Overtime isn't mandatory - Nice social scene and parties - Interesting projects

Cons

- Management are afraid of trying new things - Recognition & benefits are not spread amongst the team - No real training or career progression - Communication is suffering as teams are growing - Salaries should be higher for the area - The location isn't the most exciting place

Good atmosphere Lots of benefits & perks Good career progression opportunities Get to work in great games

Cons

It´s located in Horsham, in the middle of nowhere. So expect either a long commute or a boring (and expensive) life. The marketing/brand team is bloated and ineffective and hinders the whole company and projects. There is a very distinct different atmosphere between both of the development teams/buildings.
