Pros

Company cares about employees alot, HR always organising awesome parties, good holidays. A place where hardwork is rewarded, a good career advancement for hard workers (and hell for slackers), Leads care about their team. Amazing Art department. Passionate employees who go the extra mile. Lots of lovely people, feels like family sometimes. Free breakfast and coffee.

Cons

Outdated mindsets people who worked there 15-20 years and don't really know what they are doing, stubborn people refuse to adapt to better work flows, terrible communication between teams internally and also externally, quality of product always let down by people who aren't invested, no quality control CA will hire people who aren't good but are just experienced, severely low salary compared to industry average. No R&D time between projects which means ancient code that's very limited. Gender inequality (often women are favoured even if a man happens to be more suited). Shaders are always broken.

Pros

There is a huge range of diversity amongst the staff which is great to see and freedom to be creative and explore possibilities and potentials in a difficult industry. It is a fun and lively place to work, where you can create great memories. Development is encouraged and supported and there are always opportunities for growth within a role.

Cons

The perks of working at the studio are high but the workload expectations can be quite demanding.
