Large company with a small company feel

Pros

It's a studio full of passionate developers. The teams are friendly and it feels like the company cares about the employees. SEGA are one of the more attentive global companies. HR were very friendly.

Cons

The technology was a bit dated and the management a bit unapproachable. Not an us vs them feeling but there were some egos.

- Low chance of projects being canceled - Modern office space - Free breakfast food - Overtime isn't mandatory - Nice social scene and parties - Interesting projects

Cons

- Management are afraid of trying new things - Recognition & benefits are not spread amongst the team - No real training or career progression - Communication is suffering as teams are growing - Salaries should be higher for the area - The location isn't the most exciting place
