No severance, no real plan, just pure corporate recklessness while expecting people to keep working until the last second. The CEO had zero contingency strategy, no fight to keep the team alive, and just let everything crumble. And now? Karma did its thing—they lost all their USAID projects and are spiraling towards irrelevance. It’s a real shame because the company had some brilliant, dedicated people who actually cared about the work, yet the most selfish execs at the top were running a company supposedly built on selflessness. And let’s not forget the blatant favoritism and fakeness, especially in the CIT division—where loyalty mattered more than competence, and empty gestures replaced real leadership. Ironic, isn’t it? Sadly, it looks like Creative Associates is on its way to dissolving under this leadership, and honestly, no one should be surprised.
