Mid-level and junior staff are phenomenal. Lots of free food. Generally social office.

Cons

Toxic management and breeds power tripping, over-involved managers. Power hungry HR. Blatant favoritism. Lots of staff who advocate for their teams have been pushed out. Embarrassing CEO with no actual work experience besides a cush job at his mom’s company.
