As the title states, the company is a family owned business. The family chooses to keep family and friends on that bring down the company morale and put the company at risk for lawsuits. This position allows them to treat you however they would like without the risk of losing their job. Don't try to complain about their family or friends. This will only put you in the hot seat for losing your job. Management will stay on while while you are easily replaceable. Company has an extremely high turn over rate and wants to do nothing to fix the issue. They would rather replace you instead. Creative Associates is a sexist company. There are glass ceilings for everyone in the company and even more-so for women. Everyone is miserable and in turn will be miserable towards you. This is placeholder for most folks until something better comes along.

The Company works globally and sometimes it needs to care more about executive staff who abuse their teams as sometimes they take decisions made all employees frustrated and feeling injustice. plus money compensations are very limited.
