Flexibility over your work schedule

Cons

The company fosters a toxic culture centered around unquestioning loyalty. HR is ineffective, failing to uphold the basic principle of protecting employee confidentiality, leaving individuals vulnerable to retaliation from managers. Power dynamics prevent accountability, and if you have a bad manager, quitting is your only recourse. Unfortunately, those higher up prioritize each other over their team, neglecting their true responsibility.
