Pros
No pros whatsoever. There is no management no coordination. everybody works on anything. They get assigned to task which are not related to their profile. COO doesnt have etiquettes to speak with employees. If the company wants to improve and grow COO needs to change first.
Cons
Worst company and culture i have worked on. If i would have know about the company before hand i never would have joined this organisation. 3 months probation and no leave during that time. Also, they extend the probation for every candidate which is something that I have heard from the HR team itself. Work timing is bad as well. 2pm to 11pm but every day work timing goes to 12-1 at night. IF YOU ARE READING THIS THEN PLEASE DONT JOIN CITI. IT WILL TAKE AWAY YOUR PERSONAL LIFE.
