Very family oriented company. Encourages innovation and growth on the personal front. Provides a very good and flexible work environment. Top management is very easily accessible and open to suggestions, ideas. Work flexibility also allows for growth in different areas of IT. Training and education opportunities allow for growth and advancement. The company also encourages employees to take as many certifications in the field of work.

Cons

Currently focused on most government, state and local market. Company needs to explore the commercial arena. That will give exposure to the employees to such areas too

Coming to work at CITI is GREAT. I actually look forward to Mondays. This company is wonderful to work for. The health insurance is top notch- best I've ever had. I feel more like a PERSON here, not just a number. Working here has taught me so much and my managers have been wonderful mentoring me. Promotion is always possible and everyone is very kind - especially our CEO and VP who are also employees and are on site working right along with us every single day.

Good work life balance. Some projects are more interesting than others. My team members were very nice.

Cons

Average pay and benefits. Some government projects involve working with very old technologies. Limited professional growth opportunities. You're basically just another nameless contractor. There is zero company identity.
