      Pros

      The people are great and management is unobtrusive. There was a VP on our team and he did not let his VP duties intrude on the team at all. The PMPs actually understood project management, which has not been the case everywhere I have worked..

      Cons

      It seemed like our project wasn't taken seriously - partially because it wasn't related to DHS, and partly because no one at HQ ever thought of us as co-workers.
