Pros
Convenient location in Arlington, VA (Ballston) on metro line and near shops and restaurants. Coworkers and management were friendly. This was my first job out of college and was a pretty good first experience as a resume builder.
Cons
Growth was slow compared to other companies I've worked with. There weren't any mentoring initiatives or internal guidance for entry-level employees. I was promised an out of cycle raise within 60-90 days of my hire date, which even after communicating to HR and management, never occurred.
