We’re happy to hear that you’re witnessing the evolution in our clients and their progress. We’re sorry that you feel as though the management and scheduling department is short-staffed and causing a work barrier. During the month of June we did experience an influx of scheduling adjustments and requests, but are happy to report we have since expanded our scheduling department to accommodate this increase and are continuing to review and respond to each scheduling adjustment request within the same day.
