Hi, thank you for your review. We appreciate all of the work that you do in helping our kiddos. Unfortunately, we are unable to control client cancelations. We do understand that it is frustrating, but due to funding source stipulations, our client cancelations are not paid.

Creative Solutions for Hope is an amazing organization! I am so proud to be a part of a team that believes in communication being the number one factor to being a successful team. Everyone at CSH is so helpful, friendly, and hardworking which makes coming to work enjoyable. The CEO believes in growing within the company, which is awesome because it allows employees to constantly have something to learn and work towards.

Cons

Employees that work here need to have a perseverance type of mentality due to the intensity of the work environment and workload. Although I love working here, it would also be nice to have a higher pay.
