Hello. Thank you for your review. We do encourage our employees to grow in the field of ABA and do offer opportunities to foster that growth. We cannot guarantee a minimum amount of hours. However, the more availability you provide us with, the more like we will be able to match you up with more clients. I apologize that you were staffed on a case that you were not prepared for. I will pass your recommendation on to our management, so our Entry Level Behavior Therapists feel more comfortable in the field.

Hi, thank you for your post. However, we are not an Engineering organization and we do not employ Engineers. We are an ABA Therapy company that provides individualized programming to benefit children with developmental disabilities, learning disabilities, behavior problems, ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders. We have attempted to get Glassdoor to remove this review, but they have not done so, even though this review is for a different organization.
