Pros

This company offers so many wonderful things: benefits, health insurance, 401K, bonus plans, i could go on. But really, the biggest pro of working for this company is the AMAZING people we work with each and every day. The atmosphere of this company is open and friendly; to the extent that you actually look forward to going to work. I can honestly say i LOVE my job, and i can't imagine feeling this way at any other company.

Cons

It's been mentioned before, but this job does come with a LOT of driving, it's to be expected.

Pros

CSH provides ongoing company training as well as continued senior therapist trainings. They offer benefits for their employees such as 401k, insurance, bonus plans and competitive pay. Employees have the ability to grow clinically and are encouraged by management to reach their full potential. The teams provide consistent communication with each other and the families regarding the clients programs and are motivated in helping each child be successful! Great company to learn and grow with!

Driving but it comes with the field.
