This is a great place to work and grow. Love to work with kids and help being part of their life and seeing them grow is the best part

Cons

Driving to see clients, but I was traveling across the country for weeks out, this is much better.

Amazing kids to work with. A rewarding job and an opportunity to make a difference in people's lives. Supervisors are supportive and are there when you need them. Opportunities provided to grow in the company.

Cons

Driving long distances for short periods of time. Part of the job.

Thank you so much for your review. We really encourage our employees to grow and develop here at CSH. The Supervisors are there to aid in that process and be there for you along the way. However, driving is an essential part of this position because we are doing sessions in-home, which we do remind our candidates during the interview process before accepting a position with us.

EVERYBODY knows that this director gravels for “testimonies” from parents and positive reviews from employees. You should see what the women will do for a Facebook like. Notice how all the AMAZING reviews can within just the last few weeks? That’s because she noticed the company was getting slammed by previous employees so she incentivized current employees to give BS reviews (or faked them all together?). Yikes… stop embarrassing yourself.
