Thank you, we do agree that we have a great team with us! Unfortunately, as with all companies, staff may find that our team environment may not be the fit for them, although previous employees might not be a fit at CSH, we wish them all the best of luck! Nonetheless we enjoy making our current team’s CSH experience the best yet!! Our “owner” which is the CEO of the company, does not have any interaction with clinical staff, so this statement could not have been made. Our BCBAs and all team members are valued members of our CSH family. We do agree that there is always room for growth in all departments, so we will continue to progress our scheduling department, as well as all other departments of CSH. To progress our departments, we do have open forum during our staff trainings for any suggestions. I myself am also always available to our team to receive any feedback regarding any department to improve CSH in any way.
