Pros

The work enviroment is friendly co workers work together to get things done Gorgeous office and location Lots of amenities great bonus potential

Cons

Am new to the company but as of now everything seems to be great. I honestly cant think of bad thing but my commute. I live in miami however i couldn't pass up on the opportunity. The owners care about the employees as well as all our candidates.

Pros

The Company is really poised for massive growth. It's privately owned and the owners care about people. Not only the people they place but the people that work in the company. The Company's vision centered around creative people and the creative craft. This is what drives the Company. Probably the best compensation structure I've seen in the industry and unlimited ceiling. It's a place for true professionals. They involve staff in key decisions and everyone has a say. Just positive in every way. Can't recommend them enough.

Cons

Not really a con, but the massive growth presents challenges in adapting process/procedure. Senior leadership has been really helpful and proactive in making this growth as painless as possible.

Pros

Creatives On Call's motto is "put the Creatives first". In each placement COC tries to dig into the needs of the candidates before presenting a position. The Recruiters are not pushy, they aid with the job hunting process, provide helpful feedback and suggestions, and celebrate the successes of the people in their network. Casual, inviting atmosphere. Fun staff.
