Management really shows care and emphasizes the importance of a healthy work/life balance with an Open Time Off policy. 4. Growing company so there are always new aspects of the business to learn. 5. Your input is always valued and listened to, even if it is not agreed upon. 6. Full benefits

Cons

The company is on a fast growth trajectory so protocols and processes are still in the works.

Pros

They do a lot of interviews to really make sure you're a culture fit. Process goes as: 1 phone interview that's 30 minutes, 1 lengthy assignment you get 2 days to complete, 5-6 back to back 30 minute interviews with the team. A decently long interview process with a lot of effort on my end. Everyone was responsive that I was in contact with up until the last interview.

Cons

I concluded the interview process and had to follow up to hear anything back. Didn't get the job and when I asked why, heard nothing back. Very frustrating that they were responsive up until the final (and arguably most important) hour.
