Working at this company has been unlike any other place I've worked. To start off with, the company is ran by 2 successful women with an extensive history in the tech industry. They are not only incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but they truly behind their company values which include: Show care. Be credible. Create Impact. Think towards the future. The team is amazing! The hiring process is quite extensive because they want to make sure that they find the right fits for the company, and this is reflected in the positive work culture they have created. Even though we're remote - we work as a team which ensures our ongoing success. The perks are great! We have open time off and our management is incredibly respectful of our work life balance. I never have to feel guilty about running out for a vet appointment, or just taking a mental health day! We also receive yearly bonuses depending on how the company does throughout the year - and they make sure these rates are competitive to the industry standard. Love this company so much, I've even brought in a past coworker from my last company to join this team <3
Cons
The interview process is long - but if you're dedicated and willing to work for it, it's a very rewarding place to work! The company is still growing and fine tuning their internal procedures, so being adaptive to change and willing to build on this will go along way!
