      Pros

      The CEO is very involved and approachable, and each manager genuinely cares about your career path and wants to help you grow. There is a lot of free reign to ideate ideas and work collaboratively with brands and influencers. Also, I love the company values and overall inclusive culture-- you can feel how the company listens to each employee and takes into consideration any idea or suggestion you might have.

      Cons

      At the same time, since the company is growing very quickly, it raises the question of job security and stability. Since this job is remote, you will have a lot of webcam meetings, and because the team has grown so fast this past year, these meetings can sometimes feel a bit drawn out and unproductive.

      Pros

      Truly I can’t say enough good things about Creator Deck. Having been in the company for a little while now, I have already seen so much growth within myself, my teammates, and the overall greater team. Not only are we fully remote, the entire team up to high level management are nothing but supportive and inclusive, and there’s never a moment where someone isn’t heard. There are so many opportunities for growth and you truly have a backbone supporting you every day. I would highly recommend working at Creator Deck to anyone who is looking for a caring, diverse, understanding, driven, team.

      Cons

      With any smaller/private company comes more responsibility, so you have to be someone that is willing to wear many hats, and be ambitious in a fast-paced environment. Sometimes, that means taking on more than you’re “supposed to.” On the flip side, the team bond and strength that is seen throughout the company is unlike anything I’ve seen before.
