Creator Deck is an incredible place to work. The team is super collaborative, and everyone is constantly pushing each other to grow and advance within the company. Every employee is also clearly passionate about the industry, and it's always exciting working with and getting to know clients and creators with name recognition. The team is also very diverse and inclusive. This work environment is perfect for those who are looking to work remote, and for those who are looking to grow with a fast-growing agency! Like other reviews have mentioned, management is very big on work/life balance, and we also have open time off which allows for a ton of flexibility to take off as needed. While a job is a job at the end of the day, this is one that brings about some excitement as we work as a team to navigate the ever-changing influencer marketing space.

It is a fast-paced environment, with some days being busier than others. Not necessarily a con, but it is important to stay organized and manage your time properly as you would at virtually any other job.
