Pros

Credence Management Solutions provides: - competitive benefits - paid training - opportunity for individuals to grow as a result of consistent corporate growth - inverted triangle philosophy (executives sit in cubes and staff get offices)

Cons

No significant downsides to note. The distributed staff means that Credence has hundreds of employees around the US and overseas and it is a challenge to meet all of the team.

Pros

By far the best company I have worked for. Its focus is truly on delivery and providing the government exceptional service. Very high integrity in working with partner companies as evidenced by repeat teaming. The teams I have been on have delivered more and higher quality than any company I have worked for. Senior management works to only have the most efficient processes in place. And, listen to employee feedback.

Cons

Can't really think of a con.

Pros

I joined after college and have been working here for several years since. There are amazing opportunities to learn, advance, and grow. The interview process was painless, and once you are on board the only limit to what they will let you do is what you can do. Management has a great vision for the future and happily invites (and actually listens to) input from all levels.

Cons

The espresso option on the coffee machine doesn't work.
