The Credence staff I interacted with were often friendly and interested in helping me with payroll, timekeeping etc issues.

Cons

I was one of many laid-off workers due to the Foreign Assistance freeze. Credence made sure we had 24 hours between notice and turning in equipment, so most of my work is gone. There were many issues before the GHTASC contract ended, structural and communication.

None that I can remember.

Cons

For those of you looking for a job, my experience has been that anytime there are changes in the wind in government in DC, they will drop you like a flea and go for more lucrative contracts. If Gov't wants to shut down health funding, they will fire everyone to focus on defense funds. I will never work for them again. Their management is terrible too, could never run an all staff meeting that was engaging or answered employee concerns. They are concerned about their bottom line, nothing else. CEO is known in industry as being very cut throat.
