Great place to start your career. There are lots of opportunities to choose your own career path and work in the areas that interest you. Great place to go if you want to drive change, be a leader, and have your voice heard in meaningful way

Cons

The company is still young and growing fast, so sometime structure can be lacking at times. They are working at it though.
