Pros

Credigy is a very dynamic company, you can develop yourself and your career, change or even start all over. Management is excellent and close to the employee, very attend to the employee and always trying to improve.

Cons

As all mid-sized companies sometimes your have to work harder and be more available than one of those big corporations that forget about you on your vacation or holidays.
