Lack of Accountability and Responsibility at many levels

Free Snacks Hybrid Environment Periodic goodies by HR CEO seems nice person but his advisers are not.....many conflicts of interests
Cons
Total employees around 160ish. Close to 100 are Managers and above. Get the picture; Managers are entitled to Bonus and other perks. Some even just managers to themselves. If you are in right group and believe in pleasing people with no regard to work ethic, principles; you may be a "Manager" soon and flourish else be ready for retaliation no matter your good work. IT breaks systems very often, no accountability for anything, NO ONE documents anything and gets away with even bringing the whole network/site down. Incompetency at its finest. HR is a joke and always singing Manager’s song. They will do many “events”, spend money but when comes to actual “Job” they are mere messengers
